The Andorran public sector has seven active contracts with Israeli companies, a small share of current agreements, representing nearly €183,000 in annual payments. Separately, the government paid just over €1 million between 2022 and 2024 for the supply of a passport management and personalization platform.
Three of the seven contracts were formalized by the Government and four by Andorra Turisme. Currently only two public bodies maintain contracts with Israeli firms: the central Government (across three ministries) and Andorra Turisme.
Within the Government, the Ministry of Justice and Interior contracted maintenance and support for the police’s electronic monitoring system. That agreement began in March — when the Gaza conflict was already under way — and covers services through February next year for €25,200 plus IGI; the supplier is not named on security grounds.
The Statistics department purchased AI-enabled services from Monday.com LTD: the Government paid €6,840 (IGI excluded) for one year of 30 Pro Plan licences. That contract was processed by the Ministry of the Presidency, Economy, Labour and Housing.
The Digital Transformation department contracted a joint venture (UTE) formed by Pangea DW and OSD Internacional GmbH to supply the passport management and personalization platform between 2022 and 2024, at a cost of €1.002 million. Ongoing maintenance and operation of that tool are now contracted through to December 2029 at €90,075 per year plus IGI.
Andorra Turisme holds four short-term marketing contracts with Israeli tour operators to attract visitors from Israel. The companies and amounts are Orcareer (€3,000), Pingwin (€10,000), Issta Sports (€15,000) and Ski Deal (€25,000). These agreements are all for less than one year.
The annual total of the contracts held directly this year amounts to €175,115; applying the 4.5% IGI brings the figure to €182,995.
