The decision was made under the procedure set out in the Decree of 14 April 2010 and its amendment of 20 March 2013, which governs the cremation of corpses that are unidentified or identified but not managed by direct family members or by authorities of the country of origin.
The authorization was published in the Official Bulletin of the Principality of Andorra (BOPA). In accordance with the procedure, once thirteen working days have elapsed from the publication of the authorization, the on‑duty funeral services will proceed with the cremations in Andorra.
