The Department of Mobility has activated the yellow travel phase on General 2 at the Envalira Pass, on CG‑3 from Cortinada to the Arcalís access, and on CG‑4 from Pal to the Coll de la Botella access after snowfall this morning.
Under the yellow phase, vehicles must be fitted with special or winter tyres or carry equivalent equipment. Maximum speed is limited to 60 km/h, and motorcycles, mopeds and personal mobility vehicles are prohibited from circulating on the affected stretches.
The department advises drivers to reduce speed—especially on bends and steep sections—avoid sudden maneuvers and increase following distances while the conditions persist.
